ASB 10% dividend payout?

Can we get 10% this year? plus a bonus... Maybe, maybe not..
Anyway, normally PNB will announce the dividend just before they suspend ASB transaction on 20th Dec 2010 to 2nd Jan 2011. Based on the payment history, since 1990 ASB dividend payout is more than 8.5%.
With the current Malaysia economy situation, will ASB payout higher dividend compared with last year?
