TNB Announced Tariff Electricity Hike

Yesterday TNB just informed the new tariff increase will be effective 1st Jan 2014.
Average increment is ~15%.! Today TNB share price shoot out to the sky at RM12.60. And TNB share is most active counter in Bursa.
